If you're not feeling a bread wrap, grab a seaweed sheet as an awesome alternative!

Spicy Tuna Seaweed Wraps -Cook up some rice (we use brown rice but whatever you like works) -Cut up onions, hot peppers, and open a can of tuna -Spread cooked rice onto seaweed sheet -distribute onions, hot peppers and tuna evenly across the sheet -for added heat you can use Sriracha sauce! Mustard is good too! -now roll up the sheet into a wrap and enjoy! Mmmm Mmmm
